Dr. Andrew Barlow
In addition to being a psychologist, Dr. Barlow also taught for 27 years in the independent school system, including 20 years as principal of an elementary school. He was also responsible for admissions for most of those years.
He has served on the Board of Governors of five different schools, and has given presentations to schools and professional bodies as well as writing for various professional publications. He was Chairman of the Canadian Independent Junior Schools Association from 1987 to 1990.
Dr. Barlow did his internship at the Hospital for Sick Children. He is licensed to practise in Ontario under the College of Psychologists and is accredited with the Canadian Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology. He is a member of the Society of Paediatric Psychology. He also is a certified teacher under the Ontario Ministry of Education.
